Barrier where two cycle routes (Trans-Pennine Trail NCN62 & Black Bear Park) cross the A49 at a toucan crossing. The pavement can get very crowded when even small groups try to thread themselves from the crossing through the barrier.
The sign is tucked away so it is easy to miss if you are riding up the road looking for the turn-off.

UPDATE 2019:
The good news - the barrier has been removed.
The bad news - it has been replaced, albeit by a less obstructive barrier #111346
